Project Description

Tower Construction worked closely with the University of Rhode Island to renovate the Learning Center. The project includes alterations to areas on the first floor and other associated work.

The work included; selective demolition, wood veneer casework, firestopping, joint sealants, provision of new doors and frames, hardware, the provision of new finishes including gypsum board, veneer plaster, modular wall panel system, resilient tile, carpet tile, painting, specialties, visual display units, acoustical door assemblies, acoustical ceiling panels, glass partition work, fire protection system work, heating, ventilating and air conditioning, electrical systems work, and audiovisual systems work.
