Project Description

The project consisted of demolition and complete renovation of the existing High School Library on the 2^nd Floor.  The old library needed an update and layout change for the newer technology needed for the students.  Several rooms were demolished, and the entire library was enlarged for an open space concept design.

The finish product included all new finishes including ceiling, columns, flooring, lighting, HVAC and paint with the Dedham Marauders colors including accent walls.

What We Did

Tower Construction served as the General Contractor coordinating all of the subcontractor trades, scheduling, implementing safety and material / equipment.  In addition, we worked with the Owner on pre-qualifying all construction employees and managed the access for safety requirements with respect to CORI form process in an operating educational facility.
