Project Description

Tower Construction completed a full phased renovation of laboratory classes throughout the 2nd floor of the CCRI Knight Campus. The work performed included a large amount of abatement and demolition while reconstruction of the entire lab classes all while the building was occupied. The new labs were then constructed with complete new state of art finishes and equipment furnishings.

The successful project was to be coordinated with several activities completed during working hours to limit any disruption to the CCRI educational operation.

What We Did

Tower Construction coordinated with the CCRI Operations and managed the subcontractors performing abatement / demolition, new mechanical & electrical systems, full laboratory casework including all new flooring and painting finishes.
Our carpenters performed all of the framing, gypsum systems and doors & hardware installation for this project.
